Description
Open green leaf from Anxi County, Fujian Province. After picking, the leaf is slowly pre-dried in the sun to soften it. Once the leaf is soft enough, it is carefully folded.And dried at low heat. The whole process takes place very slowly so that the leaves can oxidize and ripen slightly during processing. The slow processing and the fine oxidation give the tea its sweet, light aroma. The leaf is only carefully rolled so that little cell sap is released and the cup is not too strong, but retains a light floral bouquet.
