Description
The focus of this tea is the high value of gaba-amino acids. The taste is slightly acidic and reminiscent of overripe fruit such as pineapple and papaya. The slightly fruity character and fine acidity characterize this tea.
A new development from the 60s.
These are said to have a regulating effect on blood pressure. This is why this tea is also sold in pharmacies in Japan.
The special high value of gaba amino acids is achieved through a special production process. The tea is matured for several hours in a nitrogen atmosphere after being milled or rolled. This increases the production of gaba amino acids.
