Description
Handcrafted tea from the province of Yunnan. This tea is harvested and processed by hand.
The tea bushes are old tea bushes, some of which are over 100 years old. The leaves are picked from the Da Bai Cha Strauh in spring and then rolled by hand and dried in the sun.
This bush is also used to make the famous Pu Erh teas. The leaves are large and coarse. For the White Moonlight, they are only lightly rolled by hand. The tea is called Moonlight because one side of the leaf is black like the night and the other is silver like the moon.
