The presentation of the products lies only on the companies’ needs and judgment, as well withdrawal or alteration of products, as the company sees fit without previous warning.
Finally our pricing policy as well as the methods of sales promotions, through offers and/or discounts, takes place only when the company decides and can be modified at any time and any way without previous notice.

Tea.gr through suppliers and manufacturers from Greece and abroad is in position to offer you unique products in competitive prices.
Completion of orders is made through the process analyzed below, in some cases for reasons that can occur and we can not predict, there are chances that a product might be active in the e-shop but unavailable, therefore not to be able to be delived in time. So in order to be fully covered for cases like these, follow these steps for completion of order:

i. Choose the products you want and add them to the “basket”,
ii. Send the order request through the steps required,
iii. Fill all the blanks asked and appear in the order sheet.
iv. You will receive an automated e-mail, in the e-mail you gave, with the order details we will receive. (check the junk).
Everytime you place an order to our company, you must have approved the T&C that apply.
We would like to inform you that the requests we receive are thoroughly checked for availability, considering that this part is just the process of your request.
Finally we would like to assure you that the collection and process of your personal date which only happens after your approval, during the filling of the form, takes place in the most safe manner, due to our company’s strict personal data policy.
(2) Process of order demand:
In this step our company checks the product availability regarding your order. Specifically:
i. In case of availability of all products, you will receive a confirmation email in your email address. Then the order will be shipped in the time frame the company has by a courier we work with.
ii. If a product is unavailable in the time frame mentioned, we will contact you in person in order to discuss modifications or cancelation of order. If we are unable to reach you, we wil contact through email.
iii. If, for any reason, we are unable to contact you in any of the 2 ways above for a time frame of 10 days the order demand is canceled and needs to be resend.
iv. In any case, after your communication with us, you will receive a notification with all new data in your email. . Then the order will be shipped in the time frame the company has by a courier we work with
IV) PAYING METHODS
You can choose any of the proposed paying ways we use.
First decide the one you prefer. Then choose it in the part of the form when it is requested and add the needed data.
We remind you that our company follows a strict policy of personal data regarding the payment details you will send and everything is processed with full security and only after your approval which comes when you send the order.
i. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Only for Greece
Payment when you receive the order. When the courier reaches you, you pay the cost of the order to them. COD cost is 2,50€ (two euros and fifty cents).
ii. Credit or Debit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. 100% secure transaction.
iii. PayPal payment
Payment with PayPal takes place under the strict rules that apply in PayPal.
iv. Payment with Bank account deposit. Only for Greece
You have the ability to pay for your order by depositing the amount in one of our bank accounts. In that case the order is approved and sent, only when we verify the deposit. Please mention the order number in your deposit details.
V) DELIVERY OF ORDER AND SHIPPING COSTS
Simultaneously with the confirmation of your order, our company also informs you about the delivery time of the products you have chosen, which depends on the region you have stated that you wish to have them shipped.
Your order is shipped by our company via Tas Courier for Attica (which cooperates with ACS Courier for the province, islands and Cyprus) and via DHL for the rest of the countries abroad, during working days and hours (Monday – Friday, 10:00-17:00).
There is also the option to pick up your parcel at one of BOX NOW lockers.
How does Box Now work?
-Choose Box Now as a delivery method at check out (valid only for prepaid orders!!!).
-Choose the Box Now locker (automatic pickup machine) that serves you on the map (find a locker near you HERE).
-Within 24 hours the parcel arrives at the box you selected and you receive a message with the PIN that opens the locker.
The parcel remains in the box for 48 hours. You can extend for another 24 hours via https://track.boxnow.gr/ or by calling 211-1005301.
DELIVERY TIME
Based on the delivery schedule of the courier company we work with, deliveries are made as follows:
i. within Attica within 1-2 working days from the moment your order is recorded in our online store
ii. to other mainland destinations within 2-4 working days from the moment your order is recorded in our online store
iii. to island destinations within 3-5 working days from the moment your order is recorded in our online store
iv. to inaccessible destinations within 5-7 working days from the moment your order is recorded in our online store
v. in the EU 3-10 working days.
vi. Rest of the world. 3-12 working days.
DELIVERY COST
Greece:
By Courier: For orders over 25€ the shipping is FREE. For orders under 25€ the shipping costs are 2,80€
By Box Now: For orders over 20€ the shipping is FREE. For orders under 20€ the shipping costs are 2,50€
European Union: for orders over 59,90€ the shipping is free of charge. Otherwise, the cost depends on the volume of the order and is displayed before completion.
Rest of the World: for orders over 199,99€ shipping is free. Otherwise, the cost depends on the volume of the order and is displayed before completion. (Not including the cost of any customs duties).
Our company is not responsible for any delays due to events that we can not control. Indicatively we are not responsible for delays due to customs, strikes or delays which are down to the courier companies etc.
In any case, we will try to contact you if there is a delay so to inform you and find the best possible solution.
Although we take all possible actions to respond to the need of lack of products, there is always the case of shortage in products even after you place your order and we confirm it.
In that case we will do our best to communicate with you, inform you regarding the matter and alter or cancel the order. If a cancellation takes place, we will refund you (without interest) as soon as possible

VI) RETURN-REPLACEMENT POLICY
We take all necessary actions so that the packaging of all products is perfect in order for your to receive them without damages. In the rare case you receive a defected product without stating it, you approve the purchase.
Defects. You can deny the order to the courier if the packaging has flaws, without extra charge from your part. In case one of the products has a defect please notify us immediately and inform us if you wish a replacement or a refund. In the case of replacing, we will send a courier to receive the defected item and deliver a new one. In the case of refund, we will refund you immediately without interest and send a courier to deliver the defected item.
VII)ORDER CANCELLATION
How and when can you cancel your order.

ii. After receiving the order you can exercise your right for withdrawal within 15 calendar days.
VIΙΙ) RETURN RIGHT
The shipping costs for the return of the products are paid by the customer. The refund (on paid orders) is made when the products are delivered back to us. If the returned product is damaged through the fault of the customer then no refund will be given.
Within 15 calendar days you reserve the right to return your order with any courier service. You will have to notify before doing us by e-mail in [email protected] or by phone in +302103631472.
We note that in order to reserve the right above you must ship within 15 days and that the products have not been opened, altered or used.
Finally all products must be in perfect condition with out any flaws, full and packed accompanied by the receipt. Only then will there be a full refund.
