The perfect cup of tea

Good quality tea is necessary in order to prepare the perfect cup of tea. The correct water temperature, brewing time and the right mug or tea pot are also essential. 

 1. 1 Mlesna tea bag or 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea (approx 2gr).

 2. 250-300 ml of water at a  80 ºC temperature. In order to achieve the correct temperature we let the boiling water cool off for 2-3 minutes or we use it before ir reaches the boiling point. Is is essential not to use boiling water which ill cause the tea leaves to burn. In some countries tap water is perfect, in others you need a water filter in order to purify water.

3. 3' is the ideal time for most green and green flavored teas. After that your tea will start getting bitter.

4. Optionally you can add the sweetener of your choosing.

Some premium tea varieties have different brewing instructions. Check out the preparation method on the packaging.

3. 4' is the ideal time for most black and black flavored teas. Less time will give you a lighter cup and more time a stronger brew.

4. Optionally you can add the sweetener of your choosing.

 2. 250-300 ml of water at a 100 ºC temperature. In some countries tap water is perfect, in others you need a water filter in order to purify water.

3. 5' is the ideal time for rooibos and infusions. The more it brews the stronger flavor you get.

4. Optionally you can add the sweetener of your choosing.
